Terms of Service — Elandia-OS Shopify App

By installing or using the Elandia-OS (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App from your Shopify store.

1. Overview

The App provides automation, store data insights, and workflow enhancements for Shopify merchants.

2. Access to Shopify Data

By installing the App, you authorize us to access specific Shopify store data using the Shopify API. We only request the minimum scopes required.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

You must comply with Shopify’s Terms of Service.
You must not misuse the App or attempt unauthorized access.

4. Data Handling

All data handling follows our Privacy Policy . We do not sell or rent data.

5. Billing

If the App includes paid features, billing is handled through Shopify Billing.

6. Termination

You may uninstall the App at any time. All store-related data is deleted within 48 hours.
